Turkish Cargo flew 1.7m doses of Covid-19 vaccine from India to Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo, on behalf of UNICEF and in cooperation with Kuehne + Nagel.
Turkish Cargo has also delivered hundreds of thousands of Covid-19 syringes belonging to UNICEF from Barcelona to Tunisia and Covid-19 vaccines from Amsterdam to Kiev, Tbilisi and Amman.
Turkish Cargo has previously delivered China’s Sinovac vaccines to different destinations in the world and continues to carry many different types of vaccines.
The carrier, which has gained IATA’s CEIV Pharma, uses its TK Pharma product to transport medicines and vaccines.
