Bolloré Logistics is expanding its Healthcare and Life Sciences operations with the appointment of Robert Donnell as Global Director, Healthcare.
Donnell has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Based in the UK, he will report directly to Eric Sanchez, Senior VP Global Development.
Donnell started his career at Procter & Gamble and AstraZeneca before moving to Supply Chain service providers working with pharma and biotech companies to design and implement innovative global supply chain solutions.
In his new position at Bolloré Logistics, Donnell will be responsible for leading the company’s global development in the healthcare sector, establishing both its strategy and action plan and managing a team of regional Healthcare & Life Sciences leads to deliver the business.
Bolloré Logistics is already working with 14 of the top 20 Life Sciences companies.

The appointment of Donnell follows that of Jill Cross as Senior Regional Head of Pharma Healthcare for the Americas region.
With more than 15 years’ experience in logistics, and having spent the last five years in the healthcare logistics industry, Cross has an extensive track record in the sector.
Her previous positions include Global Accounts Director for Pharma and Consumer accounts at Kuehne + Nagel and Trade Lane Manager USA/UK at DB Schenker. Cross is based in New Jersey, reporting to Marc Sawaya, VP Sales at Bolloré Logistics America.

The arrival of Donnell and Cross at the company will consolidate the structure of Bolloré Logistics’ Healthcare teams on the five continents and supplement the coverage of the teams already established in Europe under the management of Brice Bellin, Director of Healthcare & Life Sciences, Europe, at Bolloré Logistics, as well as those in Asia- Pacific and Middle East/South East Asia.
