Aeronautical Engineers Inc. (AEI) has signed a contract to provide Mexico-based Aeronaves T.S.M. (TSM) with one firm order for a B737-400SF, and an option for one additional freighter conversion.
These aircraft represent TSM’s entry into the B737-400SF freighter platform. The first aircraft (MSN 28150) will commence modification in March 2021. All modification touch labour will be performed by the authorized AEI Conversion Center, Commercial Jet, in Dothan, Alabama.
TSM currently operates 13 AEI MD-80SF series freighters and is AEI’s largest customer for the platform. Additionally, TSM operates 6 AEI CRJ200 SF freighters
