Mexico-based Aeronaves T.S.M. has ordered an additional B737-400SF freighter conversion from Aeronautical Engineers, Inc. (AEI).
Including this order, TSM will have converted a total of eight B737-400SFs with AEI. TSM is planning to expand its fleet of 737-400 freighter aircraft and intends to operate 20 of the freighter type.
Currently, TSM is purchasing or will purchase existing freighters to help the company reach its expansion plans.
The 737-400 aircraft (MSN 26308) will commence modification in May 2023 and will be performed by the authorized AEI Conversion Centner, Commercial Jet, in Dothan, Alabama.
The B737-400SF remains a popular freighter product offering for AEI. Since program launch, the company has redelivered over 132 freighter conversions.
