Mexico-based Aeronaves TSM has ordered four additional B737-400SF freighter conversions from Aeronautical Engineers, Inc. (AEI).
This order follows the announcement of two more B737-400SF freighter conversions ordered by TSM from AEI in early March. Upon completion of this order, TSM will operate a total of seven B737-400SF freighter conversions by AEI.
Production slots and aircraft MSNs for this order have yet to be announced, however, all modification labour will be performed by the authorized AEI Conversion Centner, Commercial Jet, in Dothan, Alabama.
The B737-400SF remains a popular freighter product offering for AEI. Since program launch, the company has redelivered over 120 freighter conversions, and seven were redelivered in 2020.
