Rigid Outer Packaging for Biological Substances, Category B, UN3373 Samples
In support of the Government’s drive to increase testing for COVID-19, the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) exempts UK shippers, operators, their agents and the Royal Mail Group, from the requirement for rigid outer packaging, as required by the Technical Instructions for the transport by air, of patient samples classified as Biological Substances, Category B, UN3373.
