Flydubai has updated its cargo-only passenger aircraft schedule after allocating six Boeing 737-800 aircraft to move essential goods across its network and beyond.
A spokesperson for the Middle East low cost carrier said: “In order for us to continue enabling movement of goods across our network and beyond, we have been working with the authorities to increase our cargo capabilities by allowing cargo in the cabin to a number of destinations in addition to utilising the cargo hold capacity in our passenger aircraft.
“We are pleased to share with you our updated schedule that highlights the destinations and frequencies for our Passenger Freighter (PF) flights:
Flights across the flydubai network:
1. Khartoum – DXB-KRT-DXB: daily flight from 14 April 2020. PF flight B737-800NG with 15 tons payload with 90 CBM.
2. Amman – DXB-AMM-DXB: twice a week from 14 April 2020. PF flight B737-800NG with 15 tons payload with 90 CBM.
3. Multan – DXB-MUX-DXB: twice a week from 15 April 2020. PF flight B737-800NG with 15 tons payload with 90 CBM.
4. Maldives – DXB-MLE-DXB: twice a week from 15 April 2020. PF flight B737-800NG with 15 tons payload with 90 CBM.
5. Karachi – DXB-KHI-DXB: twice a week from 16 April 2020. PF flight B737-800NG with 15 tons payload with 90 CBM.
6. Bucharest – DXB-OTP-DXB: twice a week from 18 April 2020. PF flight B737-800NG with 15 tons payload with 90 CBM.
7. Colombo – DXB-CMB-DXB: twice a week from 19 April 2020. PF flight B737-800NG with 15 tons payload with 90 CBM.
8. Taif – DXB-TIF-DXB: once a week from 19 April 2020. PF flight B737-800NG with 15 tons payload with 90 CBM.
9. Kuwait – DXB-KWI-DXB: once a week from 19 April 2020. PF flight B737-800NG with 15 tons payload with 90 CBM.
10. Naples – DXB-NAP-DXB: twice a week from 20 April 2020. PF flight B737-800NG with 15 tons payload with 90 CBM.
Working closely with our interline partners, we also offer cargo services beyond the flydubai network:
1. Shanghai: DXB-PVG-DXB: daily flight. PF flight B777-300 with 40 tons payload with 140 CBM.
2. Guangzhou: DXB-CAN-DXB: daily flight. PF flight B777-300 with 40 tons payload with 140 CBM.
3. Hong Kong: DXB-HKG-DXB: daily flight. PF flight B777-300 with 40 tons payload with 140 CBM.
