AviaAM Leasing is continuing its passenger-to-freighter (P2F) conversion project, acquiring a a further Boeing 737-800.

This is the fourth B737-800 inducted to cargo conversion, with the first two already delivered to the lessee and successfully operated by Bluebird Nordic, and one more soon to be delivered for operations.

The global aviation company launched its P2F conversion project in March 2021, when the first B737-800 was acquired, and announced a commitment for 25 converted aircraft of different types in the upcoming four years.

The newly acquired aircraft is at the STAECO facility in Jinan, China, where it will undergo passenger-to-freighter conversion works provided by Boeing.
